And I certainly would recommend anyone who has the opportunity to go for it. There are two programmes each year, one for JC1 people, one for JC2 people. I didn't get to go for the JC1 programme probably because I didn't get my NAPFA Silver last year. You need that, along with good academic results to get selected for this programme. Lastly, good attitude since there's teachers' recommendation involved.
